In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings, which are explained here for the reader's convenience:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to tk77's online gaming service, where players can participate in casino games, sports betting, and other gaming activities.

Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may participate on the tk77 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request age verification documents at any time. If it is found that a user is under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

Geographic Restrictions

tk77 may not be able to provide services in certain regions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this service is lawful from their location. We are not in a position to provide legal advice on this matter.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Users must use the platform voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Users must operate an account in their own name and for their own use — playing on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Users must use their own valid payment method to operate their account.

To create an account on tk77, users must provide accurate and complete information.

Information Provided at Registration

At the time of registration, users must provide genuine identity-related information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance. If any information changes at a later date, users must inform our support team immediately.

Password & Security

Keeping the account password secure is entirely the user's responsibility. The password should not be shared with any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. We use SSL encryption to keep your information secure.

KYC (Identity Verification)

tk77 follows a KYC process to ensure fair play and a safe environment. We may request identity verification documents upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time. In such cases, a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused until KYC is complete.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Multiple accounts in one person's name are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed, any bonuses earned will be cancelled, and the balance may also be forfeited where applicable.

All financial transactions on tk77 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We offer secure and convenient payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods

tk77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Only these methods are supported; we are not responsible for returning funds sent via any other method.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Deposit limits are subject to change — please check your account dashboard for current limits.
• Deposits must be made from the user's own account or mobile banking — deposits via third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 10 to 45 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be approved for verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
• We reserve the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity is suspected.

Transaction Currency & Conversion

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. Any bank fees or mobile banking charges related to transactions are entirely the user's responsibility.

tk77 offers a variety of promotional offers for its users. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors have the opportunity to receive a 120% welcome bonus, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳28,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) — applied to the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement = ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Specific game categories may apply when using a bonus — please see the terms of each individual offer for details.
• Withdrawal from a balance that includes a bonus is not possible before the wagering requirement is met.
• tk77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and related winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
• tk77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

VIP Program

Regular players can participate in tk77's VIP program. It has four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Eligibility to move to a higher tier is determined based on active gameplay. Details of VIP benefits can be obtained from the tk77 support team.

All games on tk77 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to understand them before playing.

General Gaming Rules

• Every game is operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartial outcomes.
• If a technical error occurs in a game result, tk77 may cancel the relevant round and refund the wagered amount.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network or device issue, the system will resume from the last known state of the game.
• If you notice any error while playing a game, notify the support team immediately.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Rules applicable to betting:

• The status of the event is displayed accurately at the time odds are set for each bet; however, there may be a slight difference from the actual situation in the case of live matches.
• We reserve the right to cancel bets accepted after the designated deadline.
• If an event is cancelled, the amount wagered on the related bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk77 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to influence game outcomes, or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to legitimise funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage, such as meeting wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Third-Party Payments: Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's mobile banking or bank account.
• False Information: Providing false or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, macros, or any other automated software to play games.
• Hacking & Security Breaches: Any attempt to break the security systems of the platform.

Account Closure by the User
